Melbourne-Based proper developer Gibb Group has signed its third pre-lease with logistics provider Northline, this time for a new $22 million facility Adelaide.
It is the first South Australian project for Gibb group, which has also completed purpose-built developments for Northline in Darwin and Townsville.
Managing director Matthew Gibb said the deal exemplified its ability to form long-term relationships with clients. “Having delivered facilities for Northline previously, we have worked closely with them to continue to advance and refine a customer-specific design brief to achieve best practice results for Northland’s business,” he said.
Situated in Regency Park on Gallipoli Drive, the land adjoins the Pacific National Freight Rail Terminal. The subject allotment was created for Northline, an existing customer of Pacific National.
Northline has greed to a 15-year lease. The 10,000sqm facility sits on a 3Ha site and includes warehouse and office space, workshop and car parking.
Last year, Gibb Group built a $27 million facility for Northline in Darwin.
