Northline - NT

14 Dawson Street East Arm

Gibb Group is developing Northline’s new 15,000sqm, $27 million Darwin transport and logistics facility in the Northern Territory. A Charter Hall Group managed fund has bought the asset from Gibb Group. Darwin is the gateway to Asia and Northline’s new East Arm location, in close proximity to the East Arm Wharf, will greatly increase the efficiency of their international freight service. The Site was purchased from the Land Development Corporation (LDC), the Government's strategic land developer. Gibb Group worked closely with the LDC to develop the required infrastructure to service the site, ensuring the overall warehouse development would meet Northline’s stringent delivery timeframe.


Gracemere Industry Park

245 Somerset Road, Gracemere

Gracemere Industry Park is a 25Ha industrial land subdivision on Somerset Road, Gracemere. Situated close to the GIA highway overpass, well located to all major connecting highways and designed with Type 1 Road Train access.
