We are pleased to announce the appointment of two of Australia’s leading asset management professionals, Lisa Riddex (Director, Asset Management) and Gerald Keane (Director, Facilities Management and Operations).
Gibb Group has considerable breadth and depth of experience across five states, and a highly sophisticated asset management capability.
Coming from substantial and highly successful roles in iconic Australian property companies, both Lisa and Gerald are highly regarded professionals. Their appointment to leadership roles at Gibb Group brings together a unique asset management service offering that we believe is unrivalled in the Australian Property market.
Lisa is our new Director of Asset Management, and Gerald is our Director of Facilities Management and Operations. Together they will work with our existing team members across Australia to build on the great work done by our Asset Managers.

Director, Asset Management
As a career property professional with in excess of fifteen years’ experience in the industry, Lisa has worked for large corporate and institutional property companies, including Goodman, AMP and CBRE. She has worked directly with industrial and commercial property funds, private clients and tenants, and led large asset management teams, providing comprehensive professional services to manage a $2 billion property portfolio.
Director, Facilities Management and Operations
With over fifteen years in industrial and commercial property – both on the landlord and occupier side – Gerald’s experience covers the full spectrum of the property lifecycle. With an in-depth understanding of the supply chain industry, occupier drivers and current trends, he is a specialist in quality, outcome-focused asset management, as well as repositioning secondary assets in conjunction with complex leasing transactions.
