The Gibb Group have taken the CQ Expo as an opportunity to promote the new Gracemere Industry park.
This comes as the Melbourne-based group secured the 25Ha site last week.
Managing Director Matthew Gibb said they were using the expo as a chance to speak to potential users.
“It’s a good platform for marketing.”
“Ideally, we’d like to meet a range of businesses that require industrial buildings.”
The industrial park is one of few industrial estates where road trains are welcomed and catered for, with wide estate roads and access to the Capricorn Highway.
The park is near Gracemere, which is about 10km west of Rockhampton.
the future is already looking good for the $75 million park. “There are a number of different planning applications in with the council,” Mr Gibb said.
He said one of the best features of the industrial park was that it was not in a flood-affected area.
