Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.2 has acquired a new $12.5 million industrial facility in Gracemere Industry Park, Rockhampton, reflecting an initial yield of 8.5 per cent. the property will be developed by the Gibb Group, who will build a logistics facility that will incorporate administration offices and a high clearance warehouse, with concrete paved driveways and a truck manoeuvring area.
