Gibb Group acquired the 3 Myer Place asset in 2019 with Sigma Pharmaceuticals, a long-term tenant in occupation. The existing footprint of the facility was 20,386sqm on 57,297sqm of land.
Prior to Sigma’s lease expiring, Gibb Group negotiated the surrender of the existing lease on successfully securing a long-term pre-lease to food manufacturer, Good Food Partners (GFP), part of the Arnott’s Group.
The expanded 40,380sqm facility provides GFP with a modern temperature controlled facility with separate production areas for allergen free and allergen controlled goods satisfying their Retail and FMCG customer needs.
