- Gibb Group negotiated the original lease to satisfy interim requirements with the intention of negotiating and developing this new purpose-built facility.
- Constructed on the rear of Lot 600 of the adjoining land to 547 Industry Park and comprises a fully ESFR sprinklered facility with VESDA smoked detection systems and houses a four level mezzanine racking system designed specifically for their business.
- Secured 10 year lease with four option periods of 5 years.
