Gibb Group secured the opportunity to develop a new Logistics Facility for Northline in Adelaide’s core industrial area, on a 12+5+5 year lease.
Northline are one of Australia’s leading supply-chain providers with 13 transport & logistic centres across the nation specialising in road & rail freight management services, warehousing & distribution, freight forwarding and resource industry logistics.
Gibb Group successfully delivered Northline’s Townsville Distribution Facility in December 2015, and also Northline’s Darwin Distribution Facility in August 2015.
