The 20.30-hectare land parcel is located in the Mamre Road Precinct and Western Sydney Employment Area and is zoned Industrial IN1, allowing for 24/7 operations. The Precinct adjoins the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, the Western Sydney International Airport, Bradfield City Centre, and new Metro railway stations.
The Precinct provides about 850 hectares of industrial land which could deliver over 5,000 jobs in construction and 17,000 ongoing jobs when fully developed. The Precinct includes protecting land for a potential Western Sydney freight intermodal terminal and freight line.
The proposed 1-51 Aldington Rd masterplan entails the construction of three strategically placed logistics and distribution warehouses that align with the Precincts’ intended employment outcomes.
