Iron Mountain Warehouse and Office Facility

Iron Mountain required a new purpose-built facility to increase storage capacity – together with multi-level offices and a high-security vault.

Their previous facility was inadequate for future use and expansion.

The new facility had to consider the incorporation of compliance and stringent requirements for the fire system.

Completed in 2019, the facility houses a fully ESFR sprinklered facility with VESDA smoked detection systems.
