Gibb Group acquired two adjacent land parcels in Mackay’s primary industrial precinct to develop a new industrial facility for Vulcan Steel (Australia).
The facility was designed and built to accommodate 20-tonne gantry cranes, heavy-duty hardstands, and to allow B-double drive around access.
Completed in 2023, Vulcan Steel are on a 10 year lease term.
