Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions for the Kurrajong Avenue Agent Incentive only

1. The offer of cash incentive to be paid by way of prepaid Visa or Mastercard ("Incentive") is made on behalf of Kurrajong Logistics Property Pty Ltd at 91–93 Kurrajong Logistics Property Trust ABN 74 964 980 066 ("Landlord"). The Landlord will supply the Incentive.

2. The Incentive will become payable upon execution of legally binding lease documentation by a tenant and the Landlord containing the required lease commencement date ("Lease").

3. To be eligible for the Incentive, an agent must: i) be duly qualified and licensed to act as agent with respect to the Lease; and ii) be approved by his/her employer to act as agent for the Lease and receive the Incentive (including ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures of his/her employer).

4. Neither Gibb Group nor the Landlord will be responsible for any tax liability or other statutory charges or levies (including but not limited to income tax, payroll tax and fringe benefit tax) incurred by the agent, the agent’s employer or any other third party in relation to the Incentive.
