Matthew Gibb

With more than 30 years of experience in industrial and commercial property, Matthew brings extensive industry insight and a global perspective to Gibb Group. After nearly ten years with Goodman Group – where he established a strong presence in Melbourne, expanded into Adelaide and Perth, and later established and led operations in Japan Matthew returned to Australia in 2009 to launch Gibb Group.

Earlier in his career, Matthew spent eight years with international property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), working across Adelaide, Melbourne, and the United Kingdom. As CEO, Matthew sets and drives Gibb Group’s strategic vision, overseeing business development, operations, acquisitions, and the fund management platform.

His leadership is defined by a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for stakeholders, fostering growth opportunities for employees, and safeguarding the interests of investors.
