With more than 25 years of experience delivering complex development and construction projects, Matthew provides hands‑on leadership and delivery capability to Gibb Group. Before joining Gibb Group in 2013, he held senior roles at Woolworths Limited and Westfield Limited (now Scentre Group), where he led major capital works programs and national rollouts.

At Gibb Group, Matthew heads the development team, driving the delivery of high-quality industrial projects across Australia and supporting the CEO in steering business growth. His track record includes leading the $150 million staged redevelopment of the Good Food Partners (Arnott’s Group) facility in Melbourne’s southeast and delivering multiple warehouse facilities across the country for key customers such as CHEP, Iron Mountain, Toll and Northline.
