Jennifer is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years’ experience in property funds management, real assets investment and institutional property finance. She has built and led high-performing finance functions, improving reporting standards, strengthening governance frameworks and enhancing financial controls.
Throughout her career, she has held senior finance roles with leading organisations including Stockland, AMP Capital Investors, Valad Property Group and 360 Capital Group. Jennifer has managed diversified commercial portfolios spanning office, industrial, retail and storage assets. Her expertise includes fund management, portfolio performance analysis and financial modelling. She also has extensive experience in debt management, covenant compliance, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer leads Gibb Group’s financial strategy, capital management and investor reporting. She brings deep industry expertise and a strong commercial focus, and her disciplined approach supports sustainable growth and long-term value creation for investors and stakeholders.
