Matthew Thiselton
National Development Director
Matthew Thiselton is Development Director at Gibb Group and brings more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex development and construction projects. Before joining Gibb Group in 2013, he held senior roles with Woolworths Limited and Westfield Limited (now Scentre Group), leading major capital works programs and national project rollouts.
As Development Director, Matthew leads Gibb Group’s development team and oversees the delivery of industrial projects across Australia. He works closely with the CEO to support business growth and ensure the successful execution of the company’s development strategy. His experience includes leading the $150 million staged redevelopment of the Good Food Partners (Arnott’s Group) facility in Melbourne’s southeast.
Matthew has also delivered warehouse and logistics facilities for leading occupiers including CHEP, Iron Mountain, Toll and Northline. Through his leadership, Gibb Group continues to deliver innovative industrial developments that meet customer needs and create long-term value for investors and tenants.
