Byron Tisch

With nearly 20 years of experience in institutional real estate, Byron brings strong leadership across funds management, investment strategy, and capital transactions to Gibb Group.

Prior to joining Gibb Group, Byron spent over a decade at AMP Capital Real Estate, where he led the Real Estate Separate Accounts team managing approximately $10 billion across a range of structures on behalf of domestic and offshore capital partners.

Byron has a proven track record in developing and executing investment strategies that deliver strategic and financial outperformance.

Since 2020, he has been the commercial lead on more than $4 billion in transactions, the full-cycle execution and divestment of a $1 billion portfolio for Swiss Re, and the recapitalisation of AMP Capital Retail Trust ($2.5 billion GAV). His career also includes senior roles at Eureka Funds Management, Mirvac, and Colliers International.
