With nearly 20 years of experience in in‑house legal roles across property finance, development, funds, and asset management, Davina brings strong governance and risk management capability to Gibb Group.

Prior to joining Gibb Group, Davina was General Counsel at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company that provides corporate services support to Blackstone’s real estate portfolio in Australia and New Zealand, and Group Executive – Head of Legal at 151 Property, Blackstone’s real estate portfolio company in Australia and New Zealand.

As Chief Corporate Officer and General Counsel, Davina is responsible for Gibb Group’s legal, company secretarial, compliance, risk management, internal audit, insurance, health and safety, people, and communications functions – ensuring robust governance and operational excellence across the platform.
