Davina Greenberg is Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel at Gibb Group and brings nearly 20 years of experience in property finance, development, funds management and asset management. Her career has been built in senior in-house legal and governance roles, with a strong focus on risk management and corporate oversight.
Before joining Gibb Group, Davina served as General Counsel at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company supporting real estate operations across Australia and New Zealand. She also held the role of Group Executive, Head of Legal at 151 Property, Blackstone’s real estate platform in Australia and New Zealand.
As Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel, Davina leads Gibb Group’s legal, company secretarial, compliance and risk management functions. She also oversees internal audit, insurance, health and safety, people and communications. Her leadership helps ensure strong governance, operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
