Jennifer’s financial expertise includes fund management, portfolio performance analysis, and advanced financial modelling. She has a proven capability in debt management, covenant compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting, and has led finance functions supporting major property portfolios – raising reporting standards, strengthening governance frameworks, and tightening financial controls.
