Oscar Zerbst

Oscar is responsible for the investment management of Gibb Group’s active portfolio across joint venture mandates and syndicates. With more than 17 years’ experience across Australia’s office and industrial property sectors, he has built a strong track record in asset management, portfolio strategy and value creation, having held senior roles with Dexus, Pembroke Real Estate and Aliro Group.

Oscar leads asset and portfolio strategy, leasing execution, valuation management, capital projects and investor reporting across Gibb Group’s portfolio. Prior to joining Gibb Group, he was Director of Asset Management & ESG at Aliro Group, where he led business unit strategy, operations and financial performance across a national industrial portfolio that grew from $20 million to more than $4 billion in funds under management. During this time, he oversaw acquisitions, developments, strategic asset planning and value-add initiatives that delivered strong investment outcomes.

Throughout his career, Oscar has negotiated office and industrial leasing transactions with organisations including Nike, Google and Accenture, while maintaining strong occupancy and tenant retention outcomes. He also brings extensive experience in building integrated operating platforms across investment management, finance, development, funds management and ESG, providing a commercially focused approach to portfolio performance and investor outcomes.
