Trent Delahunty is State Development Manager NSW at Gibb Group and brings more than 30 years of experience across all property sectors and every stage of the development lifecycle. His expertise spans capital transactions, due diligence, acquisitions, planning, development delivery, asset repositioning and value enhancement.
Before joining Gibb Group in 2024, Trent held senior roles with GPT, Vicinity, Lendlease and Goodman. Throughout his career, he has delivered projects across industrial, commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use asset classes, building a broad and diverse property background.
As State Development Manager NSW, Trent focuses on growing Gibb Group’s development pipeline across New South Wales. He is particularly focused on the Western Sydney Mamre Road and Aerotropolis precincts, while leading the successful delivery of developments that create value for investors, customers and stakeholders.
